Job Description
As a Conversational AI Designer at Deloitte, you will:
- Design conversational flows and write content for a variety of interfaces including IVR, VUI/voice user interfaces, and chatbots.
- Drive persona definition, functional design, and support procedures.
- Work closely with project managers, AI architects, developers, and consultants to deliver enterprise solutions.

Educational Qualifications
