  • Position: Psychologue Clinicien H/F
  • Contract Type: CDI (Permanent Contract)
  • Work Time: Full-time, with the possibility of part-time work (0.80 FTE)
  • Work Schedule: Day shifts, primarily 9 AM to 5 PM

Educational Qualifications

  • Required: Diploma in Psychology (Diplôme d’Etat de Psychologue)

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in gerontopsychiatry is appreciated
  • Initiative-driven with excellent relational skills
  • Proactivity in care project management
  • Strong listening, observation, and analytical skills
  • A team player who values collaborative work

Roles and Responsibilities

  • For Patients:
    • Psychotherapeutic support
    • Psychological and personality assessments
    • Management of suicidal risk
    • Documentation of care provided
    • Individual and group therapeutic interventions
  • For and Within Teams:
    • Participation in institutional projects and quality initiatives
    • Involvement in multidisciplinary meetings and management discussions
    • Promotion of ethical reflection spaces
    • Engagement in prevention actions (e.g., against maltreatment and suicidal risks)
    • Contribution to the training dynamic
    • Support for multidisciplinary care evaluation
    • Advocacy for interdisciplinary work benefits
    • Participation in the medical project of the establishment and care pathway structuring
