- Position: Salesforce Developer
- Job Location: India (Pune & Chennai preferred)
- Salary: Approximately ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per annum (Note: This is an estimated figure based on industry standards and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.)
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services.
- Implement system integration requirements related to Salesforce projects.
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, project managers, and clients regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Force.com custom development, SOQL, SOSL, and web services.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
