Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following educational qualifications:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution.
- 3 full years (54 hours) of progressively higher graduate level education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited or pre-accredited institution.
Experience Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, demonstrating the following:
- Applying theories and techniques of engineering to assist and direct students to solve design problems.
- Collecting and analyzing data for technical papers and/or publications.
- Reading, interpreting, and generating complex mechanical drawings.
