Educational Qualifications

  • For GS-05 Level: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 level or higher in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Alternatively, successful completion of four years of education above high school level or a combination of education and experience.
  • For GS-06 and GS-07 Levels: Candidates must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
