IIM Lucknow Hits a Home Run with 100% Summer Placements for PGP and PGP-ABM Students!

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has successfully completed its Summer Placements for the academic cycle 2023-2025. The institute achieved a 100% placement rate for its 39th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 20th batch of Postgraduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) students.

Stipend Details

The average and median stipends for the students were Rs. 1.31 lakhs and Rs. 1.30 lakhs per month, respectively. The highest domestic stipend reached an astounding Rs. 3.50 lakhs per month, while the international stipend peaked at Rs. 4 lakhs per month.

Diverse Job Roles and Recruiters

IIM Lucknow secured 576 offers, placing students in a variety of roles across sectors such as Consulting, Finance, General Management, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Retail, and E-Commerce. The institute partnered with top recruiters from around the globe, including both first-time and legacy recruiters.

Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Student Affair and Placement Chairperson, attributed the success to the collective efforts of the Placement Office, Student’s Placement Committee, support teams, and preparation crew. She stated, "As the economic situation gets better, we are determined to bring even more opportunities for our students."

The institute welcomed a significant number of first-time recruiters, including Antique, Country Delight, Cranmore Partners, and many more. Legacy recruiters like Accenture, Adobe, Amazon, and others also participated, offering diverse job profiles to the students.
