Unlock Your Future: UK's University of Sheffield Offers 125 Scholarships Worth Rs 5 Lakh Each

The University of Sheffield, ranked 46th in the 2023 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, has announced 125 International Postgraduate Taught Merit Scholarships for the academic year 2024. Each scholarship is worth £5,000 (approximately Rs 5 lakh) and aims to cover tuition fees for eligible international students.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these scholarships, candidates must have received an offer for a full course of study at the University of Sheffield, commencing in September 2024. However, certain programs, such as those shared with other institutions, distance learning, crossways courses, or Erasmus Mundus courses, are not eligible. Applicants must also be self-funded and not sponsored by external entities.

Additional Scholarships

The University of Sheffield also offers other scholarships, including a £2,000 scholarship for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and the Faculty of Social Sciences, and a £2,500 scholarship for courses in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Health, and Faculty of Science.
